In order to meet our goals we will not take on new clients until we know that we can meet their writing needs on a consistent basis. In other words we want to be there whenever they need our services.

In order to accomplish this we believe that good business relationships must be established that is fair to both parties

Often disappointment arises out of misunderstanding between the purchaser and the provider. To avoid this we will ask you to fill out a small requirement questionnaire then we will enter into a contract with you to give you a clear understanding of what we are capable of doing for you.

Our Commitment To You:
1. Every effort will be made to meet your deadlines and we rarely have a problem with this but should this occur then we believe you should be compensated and offer the following…
1 day late we will reduce your payment by 10%
2 days late we will reduce your payment by 15%

2. Your finished project will be error free and completed according to the approval of the first sample pages we sent you.

3. We will stay in constant touch with you during the entirety of your project either by IM or email.

Our Terms:
.Once the fee has been agreed upon by both parties we will ask that you sign this agreement of our terms.

1.Once the project begins we will provide you with the first one/two pages of our work for your approval. Any changes you want will be supplied to us in detail by email. We will make the changes accordingly provided they do not change the details of the contract.

2.We will then send the revisions as per #1. If all revisions have been made then no more revisions will be allowed.

3. We ask that you put the money for the project in either Paypal or Moneybookers by two equal payments. We will send you the first half of the project and will expect payment within 24 hours for the first ½.(whatever time is taken for you to make the payment, the time is added onto the deadline). You will not receive ownership of the articles until the project has been completely paid for.

4.At the completion of the project we will afford you the same amount of time for review as the time allotted for the project. At this point we would then ask that the balance of the payment be released.
